SHIPPING

The cost of delivery of your Order will be displayed to you on our Site. However, we provide complimentary doorstep courier service for local orders exceeding a specific amount to one local Singapore address as stated.

Fully paid orders are processed and dispatched to our local delivery partner within an estimated 2 working days. Our local delivery partner shall deliver the product to the address specified in your Order. Delivery schedule is dependent on our delivery partners, but usually delivery should be carried out from 9am to 10pm, Monday through Friday, Saturdays 9am to 6pm, excluding Sundays and local public holidays (Singapore). Local standard delivery is within 5-7 working days. 

If delivery of your product is delayed, we will inform you accordingly and the product will be dispatched after it becomes available. The time for delivery shall not be of the essence, and neither we nor our agents shall be liable for any delay in delivery howsoever caused. If you have not received your Order within 7 days (local delivery), please email us at reolepteltd@gmail.com to inquire for a parcel search.

We offer international delivery.

Please be advised that your Order delivered outside Singapore may be subject to local taxes, import duties or customs charges. You are responsible for paying any such taxes or charges that may be payable on the items when they reach their destination and such additional charges may not be included or reflected in the ‘Total Price’ displayed by the Site at the time you place the order or make payment to us. You can track the delivery status of your product via the shipping/tracking number that was provided in the Dispatch/Delivery notification email.

Temporary COVID-19 shipping restrictions

Given current limited freight and mail restrictions due to COVID-19, we may not be able to deliver to specific countries, and within certain time expected as we do not have control over our delivery partner schedules.
