Order & Delivery


We reserve the right to accept or decline any and all orders received from or through the Site in our sole and absolute discretion. Once your order has been placed, you will receive an email summarising the details of your order. Our email will only be an acknowledgement and does not constitute acceptance of your order. Our acceptance of your order will take place when a confirmation email is sent to your registered email address with us. Each fully-paid order accepted by us shall constitute a separate and individual contract governed by these terms and conditions (an "Order"). At each stage in processing your Order (confirmation and dispatch), an email will automatically be sent to you. You shall be solely responsible for providing us with the correct email address in the registration/order form

If we are unable to process your Order, we will inform you via email. This might be due to several reasons including the product is out of stock, unexpected limits on our resources for which we could not reasonably plan, credit reference we have obtained for you does not meet our minimum requirements, or we have identified an error in the price or description of the product.

Please quote the order number/details when you have questions about your Order.

Some guidance on how to order:

  1. Get started on your Order by adding the desired items into "Add to Cart" button.
  2. Click on the Cart icon at the top right hand of the website.
  3. Click on the "Checkout" button after you have completed the Order.
  4. Please fill up your details and desired preferences. Any special instructions can also be included in the "Order Comments" box.
  5. Please click on "Review Order" button to proceed.
  6. Please review your details and click on "Submit Order" button.



The cost of delivery of your Order will be displayed to you on our Site. However, we provide complimentary doorstep courier service for all local orders to one local Singapore address as stated.

Fully paid orders are processed and dispatched to our local delivery partner within an estimated 2 working days. Our local delivery partner shall deliver the product to the address specified in your Order. Delivery schedule is dependent on our delivery partners, but usually delivery should be carried out from 9am to 10pm (Monday through Friday), 9am to 6pm (Saturdays), excluding Sundays and local public holidays (Singapore).

If delivery of your product is delayed, we will inform you accordingly and the product will be dispatched after it becomes available. The time for delivery shall not be of the essence, and neither we nor our agents shall be liable for any delay in delivery howsoever caused. If you have not received your Order within 7 days (local delivery), please email us at sales@reole.co to inquire for a parcel search.

We offer international delivery, however delivery fees are levied based on the total weight of your Order and borne by customer. We will inform you of the international delivery fees via email registered with us.

Please also be advised that your Order delivered outside Singapore may be subject to local taxes, import duties or customs charges. You are responsible for paying any such taxes or charges that may be payable on the items when they reach their destination and such additional charges may not be included or reflected in the ‘Total Price’ displayed by the Site at the time you place the order or make payment to us. You can track the delivery status of your product via the shipping/tracking number that was provided in the Dispatch/Delivery notification email.
